I'll be skipping Thanksgiving as most of you may have already assumed.

I absolutely love hearing your feedback. If there are any opinions you want to share, dishes you could do without (I'll most likely agree), or just need to say Kt's Kitchen is the greatest, go for it. I'm all ears. This is a learning process for me and I'm lovin' it.
Thanks everyone for making this possible!

trick or trEAT

Happy Halloween!
I'd like to bring back the first dish I made you all. The lasagna seemed to be a huge hit and the perfect meal with lots of leftovers.

Tuesday:
Italian sausage lasagna with spinach and four cheeses
$40

Thursday:
Chicken pad thai
$32

I'm sure you all have enough candy in the house to last you for months so I'll be skipping the full fledged dessert option, but I will be making batches of granola.
almonds, cashews, cranberries, cherries, flax, sesame seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds
made with organic grapeseed oil and local honey!
$10/lb

Fall meals 10/25

In case you didn't know, I've been a mom for the past 4 days. Yes it's been ridiculously exhausting and never ending but I must admit, equally as fun. I've used these past couple days as a case study for feeding kids. I never thought it was easy but I also didn't have to keep two kids satisfied the whole day. Last night spenc had absolutely zero interest in my chicken & dumplings, then ate two bowls. It's a struggle and I just hope I'm making your lives a teensy tiny bit easier. This week:
Tuesday: Beef & butternut chili
cornbread
Thursday: chicken & sausage jambalaya
extra: option to add a salad to either meal arugula, pear, gorganzola, candied spiced walnuts
balsamic vinaigrette
Baked: spiced cinnamon rolls with Maple glaze 1/2 dozen - $12

Meals 10/18

Hi Everyone! Hope you all had a fantastic weekend. I hate to be so late posting this weeks meals but I just got back from New York on Saturday and yesterday was my birthday. Back to reality!

Tuesday:                                                                                      Thursday:
Beef stew with sweet potatoes, spinach & side of rice                Asian salmon with carrot & snap pea soba noodles

Dessert:
Rice pudding with cinnamon & raisins - $8

IMPORTANT:
This is my fifth week running and I REALLY enjoy cooking for all of you. I'd like to adjust our pan usage, can I pick up a pan from each house or organize a way to rotate pans? Ideas?

Thank you,
Katie
